Hot Dipped Galvanised Trailers
As part of our commitment to providing top-tier trailers, we Hot-Dip Galvanise our trailers to enhance corrosion resistance. It is important for our customers to be informed about the galvanising process and potential surface alterations that may occur.
While this method ensures longevity, it's crucial to be aware that the extreme heat and pressure involved may result in cosmetic surface changes.
Due to the intense heat and rapid cooling during galvanisation, some trailers may exhibit minor surface distortions, such as waves or variations in appearance. Importantly, these alterations are cosmetic and do not compromise the structural integrity of the trailer.
Rigorous inspections are conducted to ensure that the finished trailers meet or exceed industry specifications. Despite our commitment to quality, slight surface irregularities may occur.
While we strive to minimise surface distortions, understanding the inherent nature of the galvanising process will help manage expectations.

Trailer capacities
As part of our commitment to providing top-tier trailers, we need to ensure customers understand trailer capacity limits and their thresholds.
As advised by the Department of Transport (DOT), all of our trailers are usually of a maximum 3500kg Aggregate Trailer Mass (ATM).
ATM= The combined mass of the trailer (tare weight) and its full load (payload) when it is not coupled to the towing vehicle.
Research the make and model of your vehicle to ensure this ATM does not exceed your vehicle towing capacity.
Tare Weight= the weight of the trailer by itself with no load.
Payload Capacity= difference between ATM and tare weight. This is the amount the trailer can carry.
